Hi, I’m Josh Finklea the Youth Ministries Team leader at The Crossing. I oversee all of our youth ministries which include early childhood ministries, elementary ministries, and student ministries.  You will see me hanging around Kid Planet on the weekends, but the majority of my time is spent with jr. high and sr. high students.  I have been working with teenagers for over 17 years and love it.  If there is anything I can do to help you or your kids let me know.
