My primary responsibility at The Crossing is to lead the leaders of all of our small groups.  I like to think of it as a coaching role where I have the privilege of encouraging and shaping other influencers who are affecting big changes in other’s lives.

Family is really important to me, and I have a great one.  I have a wonderful wife, Jayme, who I fell in love with in college.  She is amazing.  She’s beautiful, she’s funny, and she has a better jump shot than I do.  I have also been blessed with two incredible kids, Cameryn and Drew.  They are a constant source of joy.

I don’t really have a hobby, unless following sports like a crazy man counts.  I think sports are the best drama on TV, and I especially love rooting for my teams and the agony and ecstasy that it creates.  Go Hawkeyes!
